Last month I rented an small truck, all gentlemen were very useful and friendly, they helped me to do the booking, since I was not able to do the reservation myself at the website. The truck was very useful, and reliable only the filter of air, in my opinion needed to be changed out of that, everything else was pretty awesome. Thanks to the tools truck team members, I accomplished my errands.

I love buying plants!! Its therapeutic!! I am just here to get my plant and the plant is my gift to me. If not for plants I would definitely be in the paint aisle. In paint. Getting g colour matches and thinking about the colour's of my next paint job and then I would nit stop buying paint for my house g project and setting up a consult. I would go to the store to look at mats. They are cheap. Quality yes. Its perfect!! THANKYOU!!

Tracy from the paint section is an outstanding worker. Her customer service skills are exceptional. She is beyond knowledgeable and patient. I was worried about paint smells and she opened multiple cans for me until I was comfortable and helped me select the best paint for the job I was doing at home. Definitely deserves to be acknowledged for her welcoming and helpful personality.

I am writing this review to formally express my concern regarding an experience my wife and I recently had at the Home Depot located at 2056 Bank Street, Ottawa.nnWe are frequent customers at this location. During our most recent visit, we approached an employee in the department where we needed assistance. Despite being present in the same aisle and clearly seeing that we required help, the employee declined to serve us and refused to call another staff to help us. This left us feeling dismissed and unwelcome.nnWe raised this issue immediately with the assistant manager, Kotay. The employee was still standing nearby, and we explained what had occurred. The manager advised that he would speak with the employee, though he chose not to engage the employee in front of us in that moment.nnIn the days following the incident, I contacted the store several times to better understand why assistance was denied. Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain any explanation. During a follow-up visit today, I again spoke with the same manager, who stated that the employee had not done anything wrong. This response left us deeply dissatisfied, as the impact of the interaction on us was not acknowledged.nnAs Black Muslim customers—my wife being visibly identified by her hijab—this experience was particularly distressing. While we cannot speak to intent, the way we were treated made us feel singled out and unwelcome. This is not an experience any customer should have.nnI am sharing this concern publicly because I believe transparency is important, and I hope this store will take customer experiences of this nature seriously. I also encourage members of the Black and Muslim community in Ottawa to come forward if they have faced similar interactions at this location so that patterns, if any, can be understood and properly addressed.nnI respectfully request that Home Depot review this matter thoroughly, ensure staff receive appropriate training, and take steps to prevent customers from feeling excluded or disregarded in the future.nnNote: We initially intended to purchase the product at your store, but the interaction we had led us to buy the product from a nearby competitor.

DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES HERE. We purchased washer, dryer, and a dish washer and bought an extra warranty and yet 3 months after our purchase our machine broke and not only was the customer service awful from both GE and Home Depot, but the warranty would not cover the repair of the machine. We had to pay to get it fixed or fix it ourselves!! The lid breaking on our machine was a common issue for the machine and yet was not covered by anyone. It took forever to hear from any employee. Take your hard earned money elsewhere and save yourself the headache.nnUpdate: there is no need to reach out to customer service as I have already dealt with every customer service department and Home Depot themselves is refusing to cover the repair.
