I had the worst Home Depot experience at the Bank Street location. It was my first visit, and I stopped in to buy a vanity faucet I found on sale. After picking up a few other items, I paid and left. When I checked the receipt in my car, I noticed they didn't honor the sale price.nnFrom there, the experience turned into a nightmare. Customer service was abysmal, sending me from one person to another with no resolution. Finally, an Asian lady at the cash register accused me of lying, claiming that the sale price I mentioned was from another store. Despite my request for her to check, she dismissed my concern and reiterated that the price was as displayed.nnThe lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking. When I asked for a manager, they eventually showed up only to lecture me, insisting the sale was over and acting like they were doing me a favor by even addressing my issue.nnThis was a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. The customer service at this location is atrocious, and I felt disrespected and unheard.nnShame on you, Home Depot Bank Street.

Great experience! Grab lots of stuff for my dad today to finish our backyard, spent almost 700 bucks in the store. John was a big helper, he was really helpful, guided me to find what I needed, very knowledgeable and professional, big time saver!
