Very dissatisfied with the service and the product sold. We purchased a new LG stove from your store. We purchased one of your high quality stoves with all the features. The built in air fryer sold me on this product. Excited to receive our new stove the delivery was a real downer.nThe home delivery was not at all professionally done.nThey made a mess of my floor. The hallway, kitchen and entrance. Was not expecting to wash my floors after a delivery. They didn’t completely unwrap the stove placed it in the counter covered with tape packing foam and plastic. In the morning found foam packing under the snow. They left in a hurry and forgot the garbage.nThe real disappointment was wanting to use the air fryer and not having the air frying tray, this is sold separately. Really this was not explained to us when we purchased the stove what a letdown.nHow can a company advertise a special feature but not allow you to use it without ordering a part on line. We went to the store to buy one and they don’t carry them. Yet another disappointment.nConsidering returning it and shopping elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing service by Velibor. It’s rare to get that kind of customer service anywhere in this day and age, where the employee actually cares from beginning to end. A big reason why I keep coming back to this location. My favourite Rona+, always great selection, great staff and a true professional especially with Velibor. Great work!

Don't bother. Much better service and selection at other Home Depot. Also, service is not what it used to be. I called twice on Sept. 13 at 1:30 PM and got hung up on both times. Someone just picked up the phone and hung it up immediately.

We received the best service from Donal! He was so hospitable,  warm , and very knowledgeable!! Thank you so much for everything!!!!

I purchased a lock from and rona and came 2 days after to return it. The lock did not come with the smart key and that’s the reason I was returning it. But the lady at the return said she cant refund the money because the smart key is missing. And I was like exactly my point why I am here to return. At the end she made me so frustrated that I just left the lock there and left without getting my refund. Not gonna use rona for anything ever period.
