Canadian Tire

I was in for routine maintenance on my vehicle and it was done quickly and efficiently. However, a seemingly small error on their part caused a major issue. After bringing my vehicle back to them, their service manager Ralph called me directly to give me the bad news. He was respectful, informative and accommodating. They agreed without hassle to cover the very expensive repair and a rental car while my vehicle was being repaired. I was not impressed by the hassle this caused but I was very impressed with how they handled it.

Vehicle Service Review: I use this place for basic vehicle maintenance and repair, but based on these types of experiences, they do a great job. The work is performed well and having only really dealt with Tony (Assistant Manager) on a repeated basis, I can say he instills confidence in his ability to be honest, fit my work in without an appointment, provider a fair price, and to deliver the car in the time he quotes.

This store is in a strip mall, but has covered parking lot for a good portion of it. Convenient for a bad rainy/snowy day. Lots of changes recently. It now looks bigger and brighter. The new layout is a mystery however. Automotive services is in a separate building by itself.

Big Canadian Tire store with great selection. Workers are less knowledgeable of the store and what they sell so they aren't as helpful. Other than that if you know what you need you're good to go.

Found everything I needed and great customer service despite me bring close to $100 in Canadian Tire money which the cashier had to count herself.
