Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa East - Orleans

I enjoyed my stay very much, the community feeling at the hotel was very welcoming. Breakfast was well prepared and on time, the Halloween decorations were very festive, and the rooms were clean and tidy. Thank you Marie-Claude and Nicole.nnMy only recommendation for improvement is about the coffee. The coffee is not great, needs to be stronger and better tasting, additionally 2/3 day stay there was grounds that ended up in my cup of coffee which is unenjoyable.

My son and I decided to have a stay-cation... Choosing to stay at a hotel that we literally drive past every other day. It's literally 5 minutes from our home.nnWe've stayed at a number of Holiday Inn Express hotels over the past couple of years, and this one sits right at the top. Very clean. Exceptionally friendly staff. And the rooms are clean and comfortable.nnI want to particularly mention the breakfast staff because they were so friendly and kind to us, and especially to my son. So helpful, genuinely friendly, and very kind to my son, coughing him get everything he needed. Altiru was the sweetest. And the cook, Sephora, did a great job cooking delicious food for everyone.nnAnother quick shout out to Ali at the front desk who was incredibly helpful, always very pleasant, and really did her best to make this an exceptional experience.nnI highly recommend them, and this particular hotel.

This hotel was great. The best part was the breakfast, which was by far the best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel. Marie, Nicole, and Sophia were incredibly warm and friendly, a perfect welcome to start the day. On top of that, the food was very fresh and delicious. 10/10, thank you!

We spent the weekend at this hotel for my son’s hockey tournament. The staff was very patient with 3 teams being there and the service was amazing. Breakfast selection was great and the service from Alzira, Marie and Sephora was excellent!! Looking forward to this next year
