Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa East - Orleans

For an Express hotel I think they've done a great job. The beds are very comfortable, the staff are pleasant, the rooms are clean and the heating and their controls work well and are responsive. A nice size buffet breakfast is included with your stay but it's 6:30-10am and then they start taking everything away. I find it cool to make my own pancakes with their instant machine but don't expect them to be fluffy. The coffee was excellent.

Newer hotel on the east side, with large clean rooms. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast in the morning with a good selection of fruits, cereals and hot items. Room was clean and comfortable, with everything in working order. There is some noise from the highway by the hotel, but not significant enough to keep me awake.

Well maintained contemporary hotel with very comfortable beds, duvet covers and attractive bathrooms. Hot water ran out for two hours and the television reception was poor. Wi-fi is free and worked well. Small indoor pool and exercise room. Decent free breakfast with hot items (sausage & eggs) and great coffee.

Nice hotel in a quiet area of Orléans and not too far from down town Ottawa. Front desk staff handled check in with a breeze and followed up with SMS'es to make sure all was okay with the room; nive touch. Good sized room with a fairly big bath room.

Room was clean and spacious nice bed good sized mini fridge nice shower. Hotel overall was nice convenient location good breakfast with healthy options. Only downside was the amenities the pool is small and no hot tub or sauna.
