I was a vendor participating in a show at this hotel. They were very accomadationg to our needs, had our room all ready with hot coffee and cold water! I will absolutely host more events and also attend more events at this hotel!

Stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were great, and the staff was friendly. However, they could have used more help in the evenings. The gal at the front desk was swamped when we were trying to check in, delaying us from getting to our rooms. Not her fault... They just needed an extra person.

The facility was very clean the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend this place if you're staying in the Billings area
