The room we got had a noticeably plugged sink. It looked like someone had vommited in it and smelled terrible. Maintenance was called and did take care of the problem (very nice employee). The breakfast was terrible. The sausage was rubbery (overcooked), the potatoes were cold, the biscuits were like a rock, and the Orange juice was out. You could have cereal though. That was the selection available. No waffle maker, no bagels, no danishes, nothing else. It was very disappointing for a hotel rated so highly. Other than that everything went well. It was nice that the hotel was attached to the Water park.

Rude staff and poor service. Everyone acted like they did not want to be there. First day we moved rooms because our room had excessive stains on the floor and chairs and the room smelled like mildew. Breakfast staff cursed during breakfast in front of my two year old. Room was not cleaned after requesting the room be cleaned two separate days (stayed 4 days). I became upset after the staff left and needed towels brought to the room because our room was never cleaned. Terrible experience for my family. Pool staff was rude and looked like they didn't want to be there. Problems to long to list. Management was advised and nothing was done. I will recommend to friends and family to avoid this "resort" and never reurn myself.

Not clean or stocked with standard hotel supplies. Dirty! Stinky odor in rooms. Dirty sheets! Breakfast food gone before close to ending time & tables dirty! Rude staff! For price paying, better off to stay elsewhere for less! Was very dissatisfied & disappointed!!

Recently we held a large Retreat at The Bighorn Resort im Billings and the staff and team of the Resort absolutely were on point on everything to the sleeping rooms to the Reef Waterpark to the Conference Rooms. We were impressed with the team and their level of service. Thanks Team Bighorn we will be back again!

My husband, two kids (9 1/2 and 11), and I stayed for two nights while we were visiting family in Billings, MT. Upon walking into the room we immediately noticed that there were quite a few stains on the carpeting, the TV, cable box, and stand looked as if they hadn't been dusted in over a month. The blow dryer in the bathroom had quite a bit of dust on top, and the shower head looked dirty (see pictures) I was able to take my nail and scratch off the black residue on the shower head very easily, so it wasn't a stain. We did like that there were three night stands one in the middle of the two beds and then one each on the other side of the beds, as well as quite a few outlets to plug in phones and other devices. Breakfast was about what one would expect from a hotel, except that my son was upset that there was not any yogurt either day. The trash can at the door on the non-water park side was overflowing the entire time we were there, eventually trash was piling up around it, I saw several of the staff outside smoking by the trash and no one seemed to notice. Our housekeeper, Craig, also spent a good deal of time complaining in the hallway because people in the room down from us had not checked out and he couldn't clean their room, it was before checkout time, and it struck me as very unprofessional. The first night we checked in and then went to dinner, upon getting back we realized that only one of the key cards had been activated. I went to the front desk, Nathan fixed it, although he didn't ask for the name on the room or ID, so I could have given him any room number, and he didn't apologize for the inconvenience. The kids enjoyed the water park, the water was warm as was the whole room, they played for several hours!
