B & B Concierge

Please DO NOT book through B&B Concierge. I booked a bed and breakfast through their website in Niagara-on-the-lake only to receive a call from the owner of the bed and breakfast who informed me that they didn't have anyg rooms available and b&b concierge SHOULD NOT have been advertising that. When I called her to express the inconvenience this causes my husband and I, Debbie hung up in me. I work in the hospitality field and this is not how you handle these sort of issues. Debbie was extremely rude and sarcastic and I HIGHLY recommend using another resource to book your accommodation.

DO NOT USE the B&B Concierge to book any B&B. I booked our 1 year wedding anniversary at the Merlot House, but when I arrived they said they didn't have our reservation and all the rooms are booked. The owner of the B&B said they have been having these issues with B&B Concierge. I had to spend the next 2 hours trying to find a place to stay for the weekend. Debbie Smith is the owner of B&B Concierge, I don't think she knows how to run a business. I was trying to help her out by booking through her, but if you book a B&B just book directly with the B&B owner. This is the worst business every. They don't deserve even a star. Thanks for upsetting my wife.
