They placed my disabled friends in an area not easily accessible. Then told us They would have to rent wheelchairs for $25 a day when they reserved rooms that were supposed to be easily accessible. The concierge was aloof, did not seem to care or accommodate at all. A lot of the place was closed due to construction. Very disorganized and rude people. The restaurant called Sunrise Cafe was extremely disappointing. One of my group was sickened by bad coleslaw. Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE STAFF. Most awful I have EVER experienced. The rooms themselves were beautiful. But the staff and service made the experience one I would not wish on my worst enemy. Not a good experience at all. I don't think I would go back even if they gave me free rooms. Also they are very stingy with gaming points. I do not recommend them at all. Would not pay out winners because they are collecting to continue construction. Boo. 👎

Our room was great! Spacious with a big flat-screen TV. The casino has a wide variety of slot-machines as well as poker and roulette tables. They have a good deal on beer, Budweiser, Bud-Light, Bud-Light Lime, and Michelob 16 oz cans for $3.00 until 6:00 pm. The buffet wasn't that good but overall out stay was very enjoyable.

The rooms were comfortable, but the bathrooms could use some updates. The shower head was set very low.

After a small check in error, they made sure we were taken care of. The receptionist was very friendly and understanding and the rooms are absolutely GORGEOUS! I'd love to stay here again.

1st off, we were put into a dirty room that hadn't been cleaned yet. Gross! 2nd, there's a bunch of construction going on that the reservationist should had informed us of. Part of the casino was closed off. The part that was open was so busy, that it wasn't even fun. Our room itself was OK. They used to have real nice toiletries. The ones they have now are cheap and do not have a pleasant smell to them. The toilet paper was rough and thin. Unfortunately, because of all this, we won't be back.
