There's many 1 star reviews for a reason all with snarky responses by the owner. If you'd like to buy a car please do not waste your time here the prices are appealing but you get what you pay for service wise and vehicle wise. After visiting and putting a deposit for a vehicle a few hours later was already late when I visited 4pm I email the business and text them using as many contact points as I had and tell them I'm no longer interested and don't mind paying them for there time. No response from either point of contact. I call the next day to someone not being reasonable and willing to talk just wants to argue no thanks I'm not a child. They tried telling me they " repaired the truck " and are gonna lose money? Repaired the truck ifs been a few hours and I left at past 4 what ?? Anyways you will see a reply to this review from the owner don't let it get to you these guys will do anything to steal $500 guess you gotta do what you gotta do

Local family business owned by father and son. Pros: -Fast delivery -Good hours -No pressure sales -Good prices -Vehicules in decent shape -Friendly service -Low fees no preparation, temporary license etc. -Carproof -Pretty "open book" Cons: -Don't like "cash" - credit is more profitable -Slightly arrogant, mentioned several times during negotiation that if I didn't buy the vehicule that someone else would yes, we know someone else will eventually buy it, but it's rather undiplomatic to say so when you have a serious buyer -Vehicules are only inspected visually -Charge the buyer for Carproof Comments: -Slightly unpersonalized service I.E. you look around and find something you like, these aren't really "salesmen" -Overall satisfied with my purchase as they had a good selection of vehicules at good prices, and they didn't poke me the whole time -May not remember who you are on the phone but they'll know you in person!

I bought a used Nissan Leaf and cannot be more satisfied. Buying a car it’s always being somehow a stressful affair. Having to be always on guard, but i did feel very Ryan’s honesty and transparency. Always replied to my questions politely and technically accurate. The car was spotless and running perfectly. Almost a year after we got our beloved car we are still super satisfied and we will definitely look with them first for our next car purchase and we recommend them to our friends.

Worst place to buy your car. The business owner is one of the rudest guys I've ever met in my entire life and since he didn't like cash purchase he talked in a total impolite way to me. He obviously didn't know how to talk with a costumer. Apparently their lower prices on the cars are for the reason that their cars have some hidden problems and the problem will show up after one or two weeks of your purchase. It can be an audio problem or a mechanical one. If you wanna buy a car from of them, it's to better to change your mind.

Bought my car less than 2weeks ago. Everyone is nice but if a problem occurs nobody has a solution and your left to figure it out on your own. I loved my car until i realize the speaker completely gave out amongst a few minor things. very disappointed with how nobody seemed to care about my concerns after the sale. You live and you learn.

Attention to the future costumers! 2 weeks ago me and my husband went to see this dealer for a mini cooper that was on sale for 3995$, after a quick drive we started discussing the price with the guy, he told us that they're ready to let go the car for 2995$ since they have no interest to sell this cars their not in their usual inventory. After all the information on the car we advised the dealer that we will think about it and will call him tomorrow. The next day I called I was advised that the car was sold out last night and no longer available which is completely understandable since we didn't leave any deposits. Today I went back on the website and saw the car is still for sale! I called the dealer who confirmed that the car was not sold but the price now is 3995$ because they had a promotion it it's over now, so if I want the car I have to pay the full price with an attitude on top of it!!! To the dealer: I really don't see where you get your good reviews on the website by playing and screwing people like that! Also I'm sure that the consumer protection will be happy to hear that story.

We to see a Nissan rogue and was a bit apprehensive after a bad experience with a car dealership. Was immediately put at ease. The salesman unfortunately can't remember his name was friendly and informative. He let us check the vehicle out at our ease without crowding us. He was forthcoming about the condition of the vehicle as well. Unfortunately they were unable to budge on the price and was slightly over our budget so we didn't purchase with them but it was well worth the drive from Gatineau to see what they had to offer. Great service

They're respectful people and will answer all your questions with no pressure of buying a car. I had the car inspected which ended up being decent. I bought the car within the next 2 days. Called one time to have an information about the car extended guaranty. The person was very angry on the phone. He said that he doesn't have any time to loose to give me that information and that I will have this price once I buy the car... and he hang up while I was talking. Even if the car looked interesting, I will never buy from this dealer.
