I am was trying to buy a car from this place, more out of stubbornness than the supposedly good poor service. I keep imagining after the purchase, what it would be like to access them in a possible post-purchase need. Detail: car for more than six months in stock without negotiating/selling...why is that? too bad!

Excellent experience. Great staff. Alec help me finding the perfect car for my needs and was available every time I needed. And even months after my purchase, Alec and Valerie were helpful, assisting me with winter tires and oil change services. I'm pretty happy with their service.

My daughter and I visited eric auto on mon march 28 th she had no idea what she was looking for alex had the patience to give us four sets of keys lol so she could try all of them never getting upset with the indecisive acts of my daughter we didn't buy a car that day but when my daughter does decide what she wants we will definitely go back there . thank you for the great service and great smile Alex.

Had a great experience buying my first car here! At first I was skeptical about buying from a dealership, but for me it was totally worth it. The price I paid was quite reasonable, especially considering the high level of service I received. The staff were super friendly, very organized with the paperwork, and generally helpful and communicative every step of the way. There was a problem with the radio in the car when I bought it, but they were kind enough to go in and fully replace it twice in order to resolve the issue. I feel good about supporting such a great little local family business! Their office had a pet cat, which I found really cute. Highly recommend!

Recently, I bought a car in this dealership Mazda CX-7 2011 and for my first owned vehicle, I am very pleased with how it looks and drives. Alec the person who was in charge for me helped me a lot in finding the perfect used car. Basically, he gave me the time to do a test drive, inspect the car from the inside and outside, and he answered to all the worries I had on my Mazda CX-7 2011. An example, would be I saw a solid yellow light which seems like a problem with the oil. So, instead of brushing it off he decided to inspect it and fix any additional problems he stubbled upon before handing it over. Finally, this dealership is a family owned business and they are knowledgeable and professional, in what they are doing. P.S. I will 110% comeback in this dealership to buy another car, in the near future, for my niece ;p

Leaving here today with a sparkly car and a big smile. This is my first time buying a car and I was able to get everything done even with a few personal bumps in the road super quickly, efficiently and professionally.
