Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The employees here are exceedingly nice. Like to the point of nearly being creepy. The place is clean and the staff are ridiculously helpful. My one complaint is that the staff might be too nice. It's almost off-putting to be so engaged by them. I was asked several times if there was anything they could have done better. My suggestion would be to just be a little more cool about things. Great service otherwise.

Repairs took over 6 weeks which is not their fault but the communication between this time was dismal to zero. I had to keep up with them ALL THE TIME. Even after I asked them repeatedly to keep me informed, I got nothing. Brutal customer service. Even got blamed for communication issues. I’m on my phone for work constantly. So this makes no sense.

I want to give a shout out to this Enterprise! They went above and beyond the call of duty for me this weekend. After being in two accidents a month apart I needed a vehicle and insurance called me in a car to rent (when I drive an SUV) and after I explained my situation about being terrified about being hit again and that I felt safer in an SUV with AWD Saad Navaid quickly said he would get me an SUV- no problem and no extra charge to me. He called me back promptly saying that he had one set aside for me- a fully loaded Jeep Grand Cherokee! I will definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of a rental. I hope they take care of Saad- a definite asset to any company. The world needs more people like him. Thanks Enterprise!

The service here is exceptional, super friendly and helpful staff. I was honestly impressed, the most pleasant car rental experience I have had. Minor point to improve is the signage, I drove by the place the first time because I didn't see the Enterprise sign.

Terrible establishment. Would not provide rental car because I was not at the 'right' location. Also they could not compensate for time spent driving back and forth between their buildings. Won't drop off or deliver for those who are crunched for time.
