Perfect place for a simple breakfast. Quick service and fair prices. It was great to find this nice breakfast place open at 8 a.m. on Easter Sunday. We were in an Airbnb and didn't want to bring food or go shopping so this was perfect for early risers. Parking: Municipal parking lot close by as well as street parking. Downtown Kingston can be busy so don't expect to park for free. It all depends on when you need it.

Terrific staff that are pleasant and welcoming. The great service is long-standing feature of the customer service. A diner that is reminiscent of days before franchises flooded the culinary landscape.Food: 5/5

Nice and affordable breakfast menu. Nothing fancy in regards to what they serve. Home fries were very nice and helped clean up the yoke from the fried eggs.

Ordered the chicken sandwich which was a big mistake. $17 for their chicken sandwhich which was just a thin piece of chicken. I over looked the fact it came with mayonnaise. I should have refused the sandwhich. All you get is the sandwhich for $17. Fry’s cost an extra $4.50 so for around $21.50 big rip off.. Our waitress on Saturday was friendly so for that reason 3 stars instead of 2

Cross between a Greek resturant and a dinner, fast service, good prices. The mood was homey, the house plants and the view were nice. I got the chicken fingers they were very good.

2nd best tzatziki in city after Greco's. Good breakfasts, best BLT on rye in town.Food: 4/5

Amazing place for breakfast or brunch! Very clean, food was so delicious and the service was super friendly and fast. Definitely will be going back when visiting Kingston!

Updated review: After three years posting my initial review below, and I still love this place. I stopped in for breakfast this A.M. and it hasn't changed a bit. Delicious breakfast that leaves you very full, and the staff are still just as friendly and welcoming as ever. It takes me through a time trip in the mid-90s when my parents would take us out to these classic breakfast spots. Guys, if I ever win the lotto, you will never have to worry about going out of business because I'd be making sure this place remains a traditional staple in Kingston. Original review: A must stop breakfast/lunch spot for anyone looking for a great downtown experience. The staff are friendly, attendant, professional, yet make you feel like you've known them for years. The atmosphere can't be matched. Get the cheese omelette and bring an appetite.
