As always, wonderful! From the time we checked in to our checkout today.nAwesome front desk, housekeeping, and of course breakfast!nThe hotel is clean, comfortable, and welcoming.nThank you.nPS. Very walkable...Our dogs loved it, too.

The rooms were big and modernnPlace was good and easy to travel through.nService for cleaning was awesome.nFront desk is fast.nThere is only one reason it's a 2 stars.nThe breakfast is bad.nTastes badnAnd is badnWhole entire family got food poisoning.nVomiting all the time because of the breakfast.nNausea extreme.nDon't eat the breakfast, so terrible and bad for your body.nNice hotel, bad food too much food poisoning. Probably expired.

I’ve stayed here multiple times on business and find the hotel great! Rooms have always been very clean and spacious including both the suites and standard rooms. This is a cheaply built Hampton Imn sadly with bad sound proofing so if you’re a loud walker or have rambunctious children maybe stay on a lower floor. Breakfast is always wonderful, actual cream and milk for coffee instead of portion control fake stuff, and the food always has a decent variety. The gentleman who usually works breakfast is always very outgoing and friendly. My assignment in the area is pretty much over but I do have at least two separate nights coming up between now and the end of the year that I’m looking forward to staying!

Dear Owner/Management,nnI am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received from your manager and staff. On August 1st, 2024, I called to inquire about a two-week stay due to home renovations covered by an insurance claim. The representative I spoke with offered me a room for $150.00 per night without cancellation and $179.00 with cancellation. I mentioned that I needed authorization from my insurance company and asked if I should hold a room temporarily to secure the rate. The representative assured me that there were plenty of rooms available and the rates would not change.nnToday, after receiving authorization from my insurance company for $150.00, I called to book the room. I spoke with a manager named Jane, who informed me that the rate had increased to $220.00 per night. When I explained that I was previously quoted $150.00, Jane insisted that her representative would have discussed the room rate with her if it had been offered. She was unaccommodating and stated that the new rate was non-negotiable. This left me in a difficult position, needing to find a hotel on short notice.nnThis experience has been extremely frustrating, and I believe it reflects poorly on your customer service. I will be advising others to avoid staying at your hotel in the future.nnSincerely,nSheri

Rooms have great prices and is a really good place to stay the night. The workers at the front desk were also super nice and accommodating. Me and a friend of mine almost didn't get to check in because we didn't have a credit card and couldn't pay the deposit We didn't realize we had to use a credit card for it, so that's our bad, however they let us pay the deposit via debit as a one time thing which I am beyond greatful for. I know regardless they were just doing their jobs, and over all it was a really good experience.nnThe breakfast is also pretty good, theres a wide range of options to choose from. I Would definitely stay there again if I ever found myself back in Saint John!
