Overall, a very positive stay! The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well-located, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, perfect for both business and leisure travel.nnA couple of minor points: the shower shower head and elevators felt a bit dated, and parking can be tricky for larger SUVs—the garage has a clearance of only 6’2”, so you may need to park outside or get valet parking in front of the hotel if you have a taller vehicle.nnDespite these small issues, I’d definitely recommend the Delta Hotel in Saint John for a pleasant and convenient stay.
This hotel was a great value and pleasure to stay at. Our room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. Parking was easy and free. The location was excellent, close to attractions and restaurants. Check in was easy and super-friendly. Breakfast service was great. We were very happy with our stay and will return.
Stellar location. Smack dab in the middle of it all. Spotless rooms. Very comfy beds. Good shower pressure.nWelcoming staff. Able to walk inside for the Mall and a few other places incase of bad weather. Truly an enjoyable stay look forward to the next.
Had a quick one night stay in order to catch a morning ferry back to NS. Location is great, middle of downtown with lots to do in walking distance, 10 mins from ferry. The staff is phenomenal. We had an issue with our tv & internet and the manager was in our room in no time, crawling under the desk and messing with cords. She couldn’t fix it so moved us to another room. We appreciated all of her efforts. The rooms are large and clean, comfortable beds, but the bathrooms are outdated and need some work. The shower heads are for someone under 5ft and the shower floods when you shower. The parking situation is confusing, the parkade is separate from the hotel and you have to go through a mall to get to the hotel and you are charged on top of your stay for it, even though there is no other parking offered. We ended up paying for valet to avoid the situation. I would return, but would love to see some updates.
Overall, the hotel was just okay. The parking garage was very dingy and didn’t feel safe. Finding the way from the garage to the hotel was confusing and could really benefit from clearer signage. On the positive side, the room itself was spacious, which was a pleasant surprise. That said, the décor felt dated and in need of a refresh. We stayed on the 3rd floor with a small harbour view, but unfortunately the windows were clouded from failed dual panes, making it hard to enjoy the view at all. The bathroom also needs attention—a renovation would go a long way. The shower head, in particular, was very dirty and off-putting. Overall, the hotel feels tired and could use a full update, especially considering the prices being charged. With some much-needed investment, this property could really shine, but as it stands, it doesn’t live up to expectations.
