I think this Hilton Hotel is in a great location however it definitely needs some work. The shower alone needs renovation although the rest of the room seemed fine. In the bathroom, the towels are pathetically thin. Like you're using cardboard to dry off..... I think with a name like Hilton, the towels should be plush and fluffy. But it's nice to have the boardwalk to walk on outside the hotel. Good location.
The location is great and our harbor view was wonderful. The room was nice and clean, but dated. The only issue was the AC unit. We had it it turned to 10.5c and it still didn't cool the room down below 20c. They said they would have someone come up to check out the AC unit, but no one came up to our room
The overall experience was good. However, there are areas for improvement. First, we only had a single bath towel for our 2-night stay, and the handle on the body wash bottle was broken. Considering Hilton’s stature, I believe you can do better. Additionally, there was no microwave in the room we reserved. However, checking in and out was seamless and contactless through the app, which was amazing. The front desk staff were also friendly and provided us with a spare key for the room. You should also consider some sort of validated parking for guests. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Overall a 3 star.nBeing in the room, or even the building in general, doesn't feel like a hilton.nRoom was very spacious but also very dated. The mattress wasn't as comfortable as other locations. Was very springy.nService was fine, didn't really use any services.nLocation was perfect as we were here for the 506 fest and it was walking distance.nOverall, I would likely stay here again but not for the price. This was certainly more of a 100$ hotel vs 200$.
Excellent management and customer service.nWe stayed here from July 8-12nGreat location. Clean rooms and the management made sure our stay was great. The front desk staff were amazing and helped and directed us through our trip at st.JohnnnThanks again
