The staff have always been the kindest of any hotel I've ever been to. Incredibly accommodating. I always go once a year during the holidays and this will always be the hotel I stay at as long as their service stays this good. Was given a champagne that my partner and I weren't particularly fond of and the worker offered to turn on the juice machine just so I could have some orange juice. There was a time I was upgraded for free because my room wasnt ready yet. They are so wonderful
This is an excellent hotel. The staff is very professional, and helpful. My only complaint is that there were pictures of a pool but when I arrived there was no pool or hot tub. That is my only reason for not giving it 5 stats
Rachel and Lucas at front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. Being treated every morning by Trudy’s big smiles and Tasha too in the restaurant makes it feel more like home. The underground parking is awesome. The breakfast being served to you instead of out of a buffet style is very nice. Trudy will get you whatever you ask for, and no one else touching my food was ideal. They have it all. We didn’t have microwaves in our rooms, so we just called down, and they brought one up.
Perfect spot to get excellent service. The rooms are large and beds are super comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great and Java Moose coffee excellent!
I had the pleasure of staying here for a few weeks while working in the area. The rooms are always clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the location is great for strolls to the downtown.nnThe breakfast is hands down the best, the lady who works there through the week is very sweet. She remembers your name, exactly what you want, and goes out of her way to make sure you start your morning off right! Thank you
