We were in town for a few days to attend a family funeral. The staff were amazing and made us feel so welcome. The room was spotless. The king bed was excellent. The complementary breakfast along with espresso coffee/latte/cappuccino is the best we have ever had in all the years we have travelled. The bar has been set very high by this hotel. Thank-you and we look forward to returning one day
Best hotel we ever stayed in! Staff at the reception desk, breakfast area, and cleaning ladies were very courteous and made our stay so comfortable and homecoming. The room was also extremely clean and smelled fresh no scent. My partner had a hospital appointment but we decided to stay two additional nights. We would have rated as a 10+ hotel and we are both really fussy for cleanliness and everything. We will definitely be back.
The lovely staff here are so accommodating and friendly. From front desk agents, to food service staff, and housekeeping. Every single one greeted us with a smile and friendly demeanor. Trudy, the buffet attendant was so delightful. She has the perfect personality to work in food and beverage service. She had remembered us from last week as we were staying while family members were hospitalized. And made a point of asking how they were doing.nThey have made some pretty happy return customers overall
We recently stayed at this hotel and we were very pleased with our experience. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The breakfast was a highlight with delicious pancakes and lattes that we thoroughly enjoyed. The body wash provided in the bathroom had a pleasant scent adding a nice touch to our stay. The reception area was beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Having an underground parking, it offered good value for money. Additionally, its convenient location made it an ideal stop for those driving through the area. Highly recommended.
Awesome stay. Close to many restaurants and shops. The staff was great. The room was big and clean. And the hot breakfast was great! The woman working at the breakfast bar made breakfast extra special. She served everyone with a big smile and greeted everyone so nicely!nnOverall, awesome hotel and would recommend to anyone staying in Saint John
