Great rooms, located fairly close to the city center; within walking distance. Located close to the highway, so access is great. Yet the the facility is very quiet. The room was well maintained/cleaned. There was Nespresso in the room. The dining area has 24 hr coffee/tea.nnThere's is breakfast on the morning consisting of, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and home fries. They serve a wide selection of Nespresso coffee and there is toast, bagels and English muffins. Additionally there is could cereal, yogurt, fruit and muffins. Quite the compliment, and complimentary.  The last who was serving/ making coffee was cheerful and easy to talk to. Making breakfast a wonderful meal.nnA great place.

We had an exceptional overnight stay! Everything from check-in to check-out was fantastic.  The rooms are beautifully appointed, the staff are kind and helpful, breakfast was delicious and the hostess was a delight! We will definitely be back, this will be our new go-to when coming to Saint John!!

Would definitely recommend this hotel! The room is spacious, well maintained, and super clean! The staff are professional and friendly. And we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast there, which was way beyond our expectation. The hotel has easy access to the highway - it is actually located at an exit. And it takes only a couple of minutes’ drive to the uptown of the city center.

While the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are immaculate, I've stayed here three times, on both sides of the building, on three different floors, and every single room smells vaguely of musty burned hair -I am not in any way suggesting that it *is* that, it's just my best way to describe it. Great beds, nice big TVs, everything is great, but that smell gets to you. I don't understand why it's just in the rooms, either.

My stay was comfortable and welcoming, largely thanks to the outstanding staff. While that vacation glow often colors perceptions, making everything seem brighter, in this case, the service at Chateau St. John truly shone through.nnThe front desk staff welcomed us with warmth and efficiency, setting a fantastic tone for our visit. This level of attentiveness and professionalism continued throughout our stay. The breakfast staff were cheerful and ensured we started each day on a high note.nnEvery interaction felt personable and authentic, reinforcing that the staff genuinely cared about our experience. Chateau St. John has clearly mastered the art of hospitality, making our vacation even more memorable.
