Mahogany Manor

This place has a cat that runs thru the kitchen witch we found cute until we found hair in our food and the beds have a faint oder of cat pee. I would not recommend this as a place to stay in out city . I would not bring my kids here for a few other reasons also Not to mention it was in the news papper for how dirty it was in helth inspections words. I follow my heath inspector to insure my health 🙂

Jim and Karl are excellent hosts. The B&B is wecoming, the home beautifully restored, and breakfasts are good. There are lots of home-made jellies and jams to try! They can also recomend some good eateries in easy walking distance. Prices for our accomodations were also very reasonable. We would definitely make reservations for any return trips to St. John. John & Karen

This place is cozy and gorgeous. The hosts, Carl and Jim, were outstanding. And the location was excellent. Even if you can't afford to stay here for several nights, you owe it to yourself to stay at least one night here. And say hi to Oliver, the cat.

This B & B is a very unique place. We were within walking distance of the downtown/harbor district. It is located on a street that is loaded with neat houses. The breakfast was excellent and we were happy with all aspects of our stay! Only one of the owners was present, but he was a great host!
