I've been seeing Dr Killorn for a few years now and I have to say she's amazing! She always takes the time to listen and follow up. She's warm and connects easily with patients; she provides lots of information and answers questions with ease. I love that she gives real, tailored advice and appreciate the time she spends with me and my family when we see her. I read a review of hers on here from a year ago and that's what prompted me to write my own. My family and I have had a fantastic experience with Dr Killorn and even though I've moved out of the area I still travel to see her because she's that good. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new family doctor and if she's taking on new patients!

Edit:. I have to knock the review down a star as the secretaries there now are exceptionally unfriendly and unhelpful lately. They act like it is a major inconvenience when I am just trying to follow up on matters related to my health. Dr Stone is on Maternity leave and her fill in has been fine, but I'm not sure what's going on with the front office staff. Let me reiterate what everyone else has said, Dr. Tanya Stone is amazing! She is BY FAR the best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is always friendly, more than willing to chat with you about how you are doing. She is extremely prompt and pro-active with dealing with any all issues I have had. She also takes the time to understand exactly what the issue is, explain what it might be, along with possible courses of action. Her methods are truly beyond reproach. I can't speak for any other doctors there, but if Dr. Stone is accepting new patients, you will definitely be in great hands!

I can't speak for any other doctors in this office but I can speak for one. Dr.Tanya Stone is probably one of the best doctors I have ever had... and I have had many. She takes time to listen and has never ever rushed me out of her office. She is extremely professional and thorough. If Dr. Stone is taking patients still, I suggest you try to get in. She's fantastic.

You will not find a better doctor in Toronto than Dr Stone. Her expertise, bedside manners and approach to every appointment is superior to any other medical professional I have encountered. I feel lucky to be one of her patients.

Dr. Katie Killorn has been really unhelpful during my time as her patient. She’s rude, condescending, dismissive, and knows nothing about medicine beyond treating the common cold. If you’re searching for a doctor who actually cares about their patients’ wellbeing, I suggest looking elsewhere.

By far the worst medical experience I've ever had. I went in for a simple test, Dr. Ng ordered the wrong one - did not call me to let me know, had me wait 5 days and countless phone calls to get ahold of the office. Their response was to brush me off with a "mistakes happen". Do not recommend whatsoever, don't waste your time.

I was recently accepted as a new patient at the Welcare Centre with Dr. Katie Killorn. She has a very natural way with patients and from the moment I met her, I felt instantly at ease! The clinic itself always moves quite quickly and I’m served swiftly by the clinic staff during each visit. They are very professional, and I appreciate the all-female staff very much as a young woman who sometimes feels intimidated by searching for the perfect doctor in the vast medical community. There seems to be a sense of compassion and dedication to medicine. Glad to have chosen the Welcare Centre as my family practice!

Only talking about contact. Looking for a Doctor. Called at least 10 time over an hour after lunch and got long message. No email address that I can find. Not sure what I would do if this was more urgent.

I was transferred over from Dr. Dicus to Dr. Stone when she had to release her practice when she moved away. I though Dr. Dicus was incredible, and Dr. Stone is equally as terrific. She is very thorough, asks very good questions, and has been very accurate and precise in her recommendations for me. Everything she has mentioned has worked as she described and referrals have been easy to obtain. Another Google reviewer said to go to her, and this centre does seem to have some poor reviews, but I have always been happy here and recommend Dr. Stone to anyone.

My family doctor, Dr. Ng is very helpful and patient. However, the therapist I was assigned to, Dr. Kirsten, has been a disaster. I waited over an hour for my appointment while she let her first client talk 40 minutes into my time. She then kept me waiting to take 'a break' and then claimed technical difficulties. The next available session I was given was for over a month later. She prioritized her other patient over me, and I do not believe this is appropriate practice, notably for a therapist.
