This is an amazing outdoor activity store in Kelowna!  The staff is amazing and know their stuff.  They have a large variety of clothing, cool gadgets and tonnes of footwear.  The owners of the store are locals and extremely personable.

Went in with a list of running shoes I wanted to try on. I wasn't even sure what terrain I wanted them for. The sales associate was so friendly, down to earth, and helped me choose a pair that wasn't even on my list, was on sale, had waterproof goretex and just enough aggressive tread to run my roads with a bit of snow and ice or take to a hike. The next day my dog and I scaled the alpine trail at Knox, we were both very very happy! 🐶☀️❄️ I have already told many friends to go to Play for their next running shoes! 😊

This store has by far the most knowledgeable staff in a fitness store that I have come across. Great selection, very personable and helpful staff. Love it here.
