Comfortable family environment excellent customer service people there were able to answer any of your question openly and honestly.   Autumn and I are very happy very pleased. Was very nice to see the sales lady being treated appropriately from her boss nice to see employees treated extremely well.

I buy all our pet food and treats here. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. They carry a wide range of products for cats and dogs and a minor selection for other pets. The prices are high but that's to be expected.

They are really useful for recommending pet food if your creature is having a digestive problem or their coat isn't as good. They will also take back bags of partially eaten dog food (if your dog died from old age, etc) to donate to rescue groups in Edmonton. They have dry, wet, and raw/barf diet food for both cats and dogs. They also have nail trimming services on specific days.

Good staff but very pricey!! Same puppy treats I used to get at my local pet store are over 100% mark up. Needless to say... My pups go without now:(

I like them for their raw food quality and prices. Also $5 nail clipping on Saturdays. I wouldn't buy anything else here though, majorly overpriced.
