I thought this location was great!! They had helpful service, good deals and my puppy Ralph looked awesome after both groomings so far! Jess was very patient with him and gave him a lot of attention. All in all I believe they deserve 5 stars.

A visit to PetSmart is always a different experience as sometimes the service is quick and other times agonizingly slow. Varying staffing levels are the probable culprit. I purchase the same day thing everytime I go, I know where it's located and just want to get in and make my purchase and get out. If there was a pickup service that would be appreciated. In the off chance I look at prices of other items they seem artificially high especially compared to online pricing of the same item. So there are some opportunities for management to be more competitive in pricing and service.

I'd give no stars if possible. Waited over 30 min before anyone was around to help, after asking my question, they had to run to the register to help someone and never ended up helping me. I finally got fed up waiting and went to pay at same register and when I was ready to pay she started trying to help me, telling me where I can find such items I asked about. I asked her if she could show me, she said she couldn't leave the til, so I asked her to call someone, and she said the only other person to help me was on the other register, and then said they are short staffed she thinks. I will definitely shop somewhere else from now on for my new puppy and hopefully with more helpful employees.

Easy access... helpful staff... need more training on where to locate store products.

When we visited on a Thursday we were greeted by at least 4 customer service people in the fish department. When we went back on the Saturday we stood around for 20 min and saw one person there who was already busy with another customer. We left without getting fish...
