The groomers are excellent, we had a good experience with them. The groomer listens to what you want for the cut, there is no excess long hair hanging down. The groomers are polite. Over all there the better petsmart groomers we have taken our furry friend too.

Just found out they cute and brunt a dog at this location. Sick monsters should not be working with animals. Someone should find out the persons name. And when they complained to the pet smart they didn't care. Said it was just an accident. I will never bring my dogs back here again. I wondered why my dogs hate this place and get anxiety every time I bring them here. The picture is on Facebook and friend of mine posted it. Shawn O'Corcoan. Look at what they did, it's disgusting.

I had an unfortunate incident with an associate in the store, and the management and head office have gone above and beyond to reconcile the issue. I have always had great customer service, besides one incident and they have proven to be great again.

I went there and brought my two kittens that I am fostering for there adoption event, while I was there the employees were super helpful with anything I needed, the store has LOTS of items so there a variety of things you can choose for your pet!

Theyve been getting really lazy with the grooming salon. That or the staff that gets hired are incompetent. Always blames the system for missing information about my dog. Been going there for at least a year now and they cant find it? Time to change your petsmart cuz this ones a petidiots
