Homes Alive Pets is a different breed of pet store. We provide a large selection of pet supplies, and value that you have come to expect from big box retailers, along with the quality, knowledge, and service of smaller pet stores. If you are shopping for a Dog, this is by far the best pet store I’ve been to in the Edmonton area. Massive selection, tons of cool toys and gadgets for your pets. They also have a huge section of fresh dog and cat food. Lots of staff if you need help and everyone was very friendly. They seem to cater to only dogs and cats but if that is what you have this place is awesome.
Friendly service, clean facility. I found them being very helpful with any questions or concerns on products they carry. I love how much of a selection they have on treats too. My babies are so happy that I was able to get them their favorite treats as no other place had them.
This is my go-to place for everything pets. It has great selection and is always neat and organized. I haven't written a review until today because the service I just got from Massimo I hope that was your name... I'm sorry I should have checked your name tag closer!. I was looking for a specific sized bag of cat food that they didn't happen to have; he checked all the other stores for me but to no avail, so then he cheered me up with some free samples! I hope to see him there every time I go back for pet supplies now!
Highly recommend Homes Alive Pets on St. Albert Trail. All the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The staff always go above and beyond to educate me on different options to feed my puppy for optimal health. Stella loves seeing all the friendly faces there. I would like to leave names of the amazing staff that have helped me: Kira, Regan, Emily, Bethany, and Hannah. There are a couple more employees, I just don’t know their names.
If you have a dog this is the place to go. It took me over 1 year to find out about this place but it's my favorite one now. Their selection is amazing, the other national chain pet store on Skyview is always empty but Homes Alive is always on stock. They always have coupons for dog food so you pay way less and they also have the buy 11 get the 12 bag for free program. Their prices are in the high side but totally worth it.
I can always find what I am looking for here. The store itself is very clean. You can bring your dog in with you. The staff is very helpful and friendly. For my doggies birthday I got him some ice cream and they had lots to choose from.
It is no surprise that homes alive pets is very popular here at Edmonton when it comes to pet products. Their customer service was excellent too and their recommendations were most of the times onpoint. Their selection of products was astonishing. I've been here a lot of times since I am taking care of 3 cats and I trust the brands that were at this store a lot.
The stores are great, but I must warn you to never leave a in store credit. I had a 40$ credit on my account on gateway Edmonton, when I went to use it, it was discovered gone; they could see that an employee logged in but couldn’t tell which one. So no one got reprimanded and I never got refunded.
Absolutely love this place. Huge variety of many great brands. Friendly staff. Competitive prices. Good reward system and 10% Tuesday the first Tuesday of every month.
The staff are always so friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help! There are so many unique toy and treat selections as well! I love visiting whenever I'm in Edmonton. It's always full of the sweetest puppers and doggos so, it's ALWAYS worth the visit!
