Pet Valu

I took my dog in to use the dog wash. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the dog wash itself was great. They provided good quality products to use for shampoo and conditioner, as well as towels and an apron for me to use to avoid getting splashed. All in all, a great experience!

I bought some stuff for my cat's needs here and had a good time. They offer great deals on cat food and I bought bulk purchases. Customer service here was great and lots of stuff to get here.

To all Pet Valu customers please do not go to this store. Reason I took my dog for a bath in the wash bay. Was told at the start that it was $10.50 per 1/2 hr and first come first serve. I proceeded to to wash my dog it took me longer then a 1/2 hr. But at the 25 min I had went to the till and asked for and extra 1/2 hr. The attendant answered if your going to be only a couple more mins don't worry . so i continued to finish rinsing off my dog. after words i proceeded to take him out of the wash bay and bring him to the dry station where i hooked him up. The same lady came back at proceeded to tell me that i was now kicked out because i had exceeded my time witch i was only over by 10 min and offered to pay that extra time. she proceeded to tell me that this is not how this store works and there was some one else in line. So i threw out a suggestion and said that if the other guy would like to use the wash bay he can as i am done with it and only need to blow dry my dog. i did not receive any positive response and was now told i was kicked out. i re clarified that my dog was soaking wet and it was minus temps out and she could of cared less for his concern. after a couple of words i bough my dog home found my own blow dryer and got him all set. then i called HR in head office of Pet Valu and there response was To bad I'm sorry there's nothing we can do. Conclusion Pet Valu dose not care about you nor do they care about your animal. Please consider twice before going to this location. thank you

Very well stocked and priced pet food and supplies store. It's our go to place to give our dog a wash! Some of the staff is not very friendly

I love the dog wash here, I wish they had more then one! Sometimes its a wait to get in. They always insist on cleaning up after us.
