During my visit on Sept. 16th, my partner and I noticed that they were completely out of stock on the larger bags of timothy hay, and that several of the betta fish appeared to be either dead or unhealthy. The customer service was good as usual though!

Staff is always friendly and helpful when I go here. One time they were out of the food I needed and they offered to order it in for me. I would recommend this location to everyone. Strathcona PetValu on the other hand needs better staff.
