I called looking for a specialty item, and the service I received was absolutely outstanding! Melinda emailed me a picture to make sure it was the item I was looking for. The purchase was completed over the phone and I have already received my items. Just beautiful and exactly what I was looking for I had left another message for a different outdoor bird company to call me the same day. This entire transaction was handled so professionally from start to finish before the other company had a chance to return my call. I am disabled and It is hard for me to get around especially during Christmas. Thank you so much for the incredible service. HIGHLY recommended!!! Have a wonderful holiday season!

I casually got into bird feeding as an activity for the pandemic. I popped by Wild Birds Unlimited and was very happy with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff! I got a nice recommendation on a feeder based off where I live in the city and the bird feeder has been a hit! Definitely will be coming back!

I was comparing prices at various stores in Edmonton for sunflower seeds, peanuts, and corn, and decided to purchase an annual  membership at Wild Birds Unlimited for $25 due to the 15% discount provided on purchases.  I placed an online order for over $200 worth of peanuts for my first purchase.  I was immediately rewarded with a $10 gift card!  The next morning, I was contacted by phone from store staff, and informed that better pricing was available on bulk sizes of peanuts.  I mean, what store calls you to tell you that you can save money???  This immediately impressed me, and the savings were nearly $40, which I then spent on purchases in-store when I picked up the peanuts.  I realize that some products are priced a bit higher than other local stores, but I am a firm believer in supporting local businesses that provide exceptional customer service, and the young man at this store deserves a pat on the back for providing exactly that!!!  Both staff members in store were extremely friendly, knowledgable, and helpful, and I left the store feeling completely satisfied with my purchases of peanuts, corn, a peanut holder feeder, and a corncob holder feeder.  Thanks guys!

I thoroughly enjoy coming here for quality bird food. I have a nice variety of birds at my feeder again as a result. I find the non-food items to be rather overpriced, even with a membership; however, a great value for bird feed loose or cylinders, peanuts, suet, and bark butter.

I visited this store for the first time last week. I was shopping for a new bird feeder and wanted a quality unit. The one I selected was made in the USA and of excellent quality. I was greeted when I walked in and assisted through my selection of feeder and had all my questions answered. I signed up into their club as well. I was very pleased with the service and expertise. I am proud to support a local franchise owner. I will definitely be back.

They have tons of choices for bird seed and anything else you'll need but they're expensive. But you get what you paid for.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. They always offer to help take your heavy  purchases to your vehicle

This is a very friendly and knowledgeable wild bird shop. As their name says, they're mostly for wild birds outdoors. As I came in I was greeted by a fine gentleman who asked me for my needs. I was looking for a bird feeder that would have spills contained. I had problems with my old feeder where there were lots of bird seeds that fell on the ground and attracted mice outside. He told me about my options and another guy, Ethan, showed them to me. Ethan is very friendly and passionate about wild birds. He even offered to take me for some bird watching here in Alberta as I had a bird watching tour in Newfoundland and loved it. So I got 3 different no mess stackable bird seeds to attract more varieties of wild birds and a beautiful lantern feeder. They even have discounts and I got a free bag of seeds and a free WBU bag to carry all my stuff. Now I see lots of birds visiting my balcony again and no more mice!
