Not 1 star but 0 star if it would let me Worst customer service EVER. I’m not usually the type to go on and write a bad review but this place definitely derserves it. The so called manager of this store has the most attitude ever. I bought a mackage jacket from this store keep in mind I spend over $1100 on a winter jacket. They have this policy where you can only do exchange or store credit. No refunds what’s so ever. The exchange or store credit can only be done within 14 days even if you are one day past they won’t even exchange it. I will never even be stepping into this store again or any privilege stores. The staff are super nice when you are buying but when u come back to exachnge or have problems with their product they will have the most attitude and are 0 help what’s so ever. Anyways, if you do ever plan on buying brand names such as mackage, Canada goose, moose knuckle..etc just go to northstrom or the actually mackage store because they will be more than happy to assist you whether it’s buying, returning, store credit or exahcnge.

Worst customer service ever. I was here a few weeks ago with my eight month old son and friend and no one greeted us when we walked in. No one else was in the store. Both girls were on their cellphones (it was a Friday around 12). Barely looked up. When I asked if they had a certain top "Fries before guys" they rudely said "ya I think just look where you are". HORRIBLE! you need new staff or educate them on customer service and attitude.

I placed an online order with Privilege Clothing during an online sale they hosted this past weekend. The order was submitted and items charged to my card. After 5-days of not hearing from the company, I decided to call and follow-up. When I did, I was told a 3/6 items purchased are no longer available so they needed to refund me. I asked how this could have happened and was told it was a glitch in their online system. At this time I was told that if I purchased something else instead, they would ship it all at once so I only had to pay one shipping fee. I followed their instructions and ordered another item. When I placed the order the discount I was previously receiving was gone and I ended up paying shipping again even though I was told I wouldn't have to. Upset I called head office. It was difficult to even get through and when I finally did they didn't seem to want to help me out. Frustrated, I asked for a discount. I've received e-mails stating my order has been refunded, but when I look at my account the money has not been put back on my card. I'm currently out $400 and have nothing in return. Terrible, terrible service.
