It is really hard to find things that are listed on the website as being in Surplus. Those shelves are like a flea market, semi-organized but no real system or logic to product placement.nCatalogue sale items are usually easy to find on display. Be careful with big purchases; read the PRODUCT reviews to check quality.nGood return policies.

I was in Princess Auto today, looking for information about some parts that I had ordered elsewhere. I just wanted to make sure that I was getting a good deal and if not, I would re-purchase them all at Princess Auto.nFirst of all, a lovely young lady named Many took me to a computer and started the search. Unfortunately the computer froze nThen a gentleman named Ted came over and, once the computer started working again, he was able to find all the parts that I had listed on my sheet.nIn my opinion, they went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and willing to stop what they were doing at the drop of a hat.nTHIS is why we shop at Princess Auto.nThe first shop was recommended by my backyard mechanic, but I should have known better.nThank you both so much

The customer service staff were very helpful processing a challenging return for me. It was obvious the computer wasn’t making it easy on her but she stayed calm and worked her way through the problems without any hassle towards the customer.

Stock levels always match what’s online, staff are attentive, returns couldn’t be easier. They’re often my first and last stop when working on a project.nnBonus Points - Being sidetracked with projects, I had left my phone on a rack. The staff kept it in their safe overnight and I was able to easily retrieve it the next morning.

One of the employees, Dane, was a great help to myself as I’m a young and new car owner. He went above and beyond in assisting me with my purchases and finding what I needed
