The room was clean and decent for the price. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very quiet. On the other hand, the staff was cold and seemed really disconnected and not very helpful. Also, you’re kind of out in the concrete jungle wasteland near the airport where you pretty much need to Uber everywhere. I liked the hotel. The parking area was very dirty, and the staff was underwhelming to recap.
Such a great hotel to stay in. Came so pissed off with experience in Confort ins and suites downtown Edmonton but loved to stay here. Rooms had all the amenities, plenty of space and feel so refreshing. Got little injury while travelling and asked the staff if they have cold spray and ice bag, they specifically arranged with no extra charges. So grateful with the stay. Would highly recommend staying here.
Was walked from the hotel as a lifetime titanium elite even though I had a guaranteed reservation. Marriott brand standards entitle me to $100 + 90,000 bonus points guaranteed. After over a month of fighting with the property, they refuse to issue the points or any reimbursement. Wouldn’t suggest staying here if they won’t even follow marriotts brand standards.
Room was not properly cleaned or restocked. Shampoo and body wash were completely empty upon arrival, and front desk/guest services were extremely slow and unhelpful in getting us proper hygienic facilities restocked. I had to call guest services and go down to the front desk 3 times before we were finally given more. They don’t care about your time at allnnAs well, the mattresses are dirty and yellow without a proper mattress cover and the garbage bins don’t have liners in them either
Disappointed with our experience. On the morning of June 23, my husband took the hotel shuttle to the airport and felt very uncomfortable during the ride. The driver offered help to other passengers but ignored my husband, possibly due to his limited English. It left him feeling excluded and unwelcome.nnThe hotel room itself was fine, but there was a noticeable water leak near the A/C that caused a large wet spot on the floor.nnWe had hoped for a more welcoming and well-maintained stay.
