Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Calgary-Airport

Great hotel, beautiful decor and comfortable facilities. Comfy bed and pillows. The reason for 3 stars is that they use single-use non-recyclable plates and cutleries at breakfast bar. No option to use standard reusable dinner wear..... please improve on it, we are in 2018 when we now know so much about the impact on the environment from the single-use items. The hotel like yours should really be a leader of change, to get away from disposables....

Very nice hotel! All of the staff was really like kind, polite and willing to go the extra mile for you. A very good location in relation to the airport, a place recommended for those who travel for business. All of the rooms are comfortable and have very warming decorating. You wouldn't want to miss the breakfast buffet. It might look small but it has a great variety and everything is super tasty. You can even prepare your own waffles with syrup, whipped cream and fruits or butter. This hotel definitely made my stay in Calagary very comfortable.

Customer service was fantastic with very friendly and accommodating staff! Their airport shuttle picked us up from the airport after we dropped off our rental car, took us back to the airport shortly thereafter when we determined I had left my wallet in the rental car (we failed to get the name of the staff member that took us back to the airport to acquire my wallet, but she should definitely be up for employee of the month!), and finally took us back to the airport the following morning at 5:15 for our 7am flight. Room was well kept and beds were very comfortable, all at a very reasonable price. Not as close to the airport as it might seem with its location at the South end of the airport, but was not an issue with the free shuttle. Overall, our stay was a very positive experience and we would definitely stay again if we had another early morning flight out of YYC.

I've been here 5 minutes and already am impressed. The staff are great and patient, AND the keycard access is tap not slide!!! So excited to spend two nights on a king-size for my buddies' wedding.

Lobby and room was clean; friendly service; great bed. Reasonable price.
