This place has a good indoor pool for the kids to play in. In winter, if you want to avoid snow piling up on your vehicle and having to scrap in the freezing morning, park at the lower level of the parking lot. It is sheltered and provides mains socket to plug in your car heater. Look out for nesting pigeons! The rooms are typical Sheraton standards. There's a convenience store downstairs for last minute essentials. The pub, Henry's is also pretty good.

Beautiful and clean place. The staff are friendly and helpful. The star for me was the catering; the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD. I've literally never had such amazing food at a conference before. Great variety, quality ingredients, and the flavours were diverse and full of impact. I'd love to go here again for another conference or to have a stay at the hotel.

I went there for my Fiftieth birthday party. We probably spent over $5000 entertaining all of my friends and family. They sent a bottle of champagne and strawberries to our room as a present and charged $50 for it to my credit card. Poor customer service all the way.

Very nice hotel, lots of amenities inside. (Two restaurants, a pub a gift shop and a Starbucks!) Very nice swimming pool and water slides! Rooms are nice and spacious. The outside of the hotel looks a little outdated, but it's a big misconception as it's completely modern and up to date inside. The staff were 50/50 some were very friendly and others were very cold and snooty. We got a few dirty looks when our little guy got cranky while eating at the restaurant at lunch (there was one other person eating in the restaurant and they didn't seem bothered, just some of the staff seemed irritated and acted as if we were not good enough to eat there.) No smiles just dirty looks with their noses up in the air. I felt very uncomfortable and we all just rushed and left. They really need to work on their friendliness , they are not welcoming. I would go back but the staff alone has ruined it for me and my entire family. (They will be staying elsewhere when they all come in) This hotel is not family or child friendly.
