Best hotel in all of Alberta. Best Pet friendly hotel in all of Alberta! Definitely would recommend staying here if you are in Calgary for the weekend sort of thing. Great location, easily accessible to lots of Calgary’s best activities. Parking is easy and convenient. Rooms are ALWAYS clean and tidy. 3 Elevators, 1 was out of service during my stay but they instantly had someone working on it. Management here is amazing, super kind, friendly people who genuinely care about their guests stay. The pool is AMAZING, 2 great water slides that even the little guys can go on with an adult. The 2 hot tubs and patio are also great for parents to keep an eye on the kids while enjoying themselves. What’s best of all is the opportunity to bring your pet along with you! I love this hotel, have stayed here at least once a year for the last 14 years and every single time have a great experience. Stay here and you won’t regret it.
Booked a 2 bedroom and had a wonderful stay there. Hotel rooms are very clean and spacious. Front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. Jo, who was serving us supper on level 8 for the Sheraton club was super duper friendly and considerate. My buddies and I had been doing hikes and would arrive by 6:40 or even after 7 but Jo was patient, welcoming and made sure we had food after our exhausting hikes. She was so friendly and cheerful.
Have zero complaints. Was a very nice stay here. Quiet. Air conditioning. Easy check in and check out. Plenty of close parking spots and had a nice corner room with a view of the planes coming and going. Complimentary breakfast was delicious.
Very nice hotel, the food from the different restaurants is great. The pool way very well cleaned and maintained. Oasis poolside restaurant was great they had ice cream food and drinks. And when the other restaurant are closed they are open most of the day. We had to stay a extra night and the staff where very helpful we still had to move rooms but the transition was painless. When the grand baby lost her tooth they where helpful on making sure there was change for the tooth fairy. Thank you for an amazing stay. Keep up the great work.
Had a great stay here and would recommend. As platinum elite we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite which was quite spacious and very clean. A bit on the older side and the doors did stick quite a bit but not a big deal. Located on the 8th floor we actually had a great view and small balcony which was interesting.nnThe hotel does have a club lounge but they don't offer any appetizers on the weekends but you do get breakfast vouchers for the restaurant. Snacks were limited to fruit and granola bars. They have Coke instead of Pepsi here for some reason as well.nnFor families the pool area is amazing since it's quite large and has waterslides. If you're wanting to use the pool for relaxing look someplace else because it was unusable all weekend due to the fact it was overrun by kids from opening to close. We knew this when choosing this hotel so no biggie but there's definitely no chance of relaxing there!nnThe staff were all amazing and happy to help so overall a great stay and would definitely go back.
