Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Calgary-Airport, AB

Excellent hotel. We have stayed here 2 separate times. Great location. The rooms are a great size and the best sleeps! So comfortable. Great for families, couples and singles. Will definitely be coming back for a 3rd time. A small note: we wish the AC in the rooms got cooler.

This is our 3rd time to booked to Country Inn and this is the first time that our deposit will return to us after 3-5 business days and it depends on our bank that’s the reception explained when we called to us why they debited our bank of $388 instead of $288. When we checked in the reception explained that we will release your $100 upon check out on and we will only hold. Since this is not our first time to stayed in this hotel, I recalled the first and second stayed that we don’t have a problem on our deposit. We don’t have a problem to the room, we left it clean, and I don’t think that they should hold the deposit. We stayed to other hotel but we don’t have to call for deposit to return to us. I don’t think we will book again.

Would love to have placed this a lot higher as the rooms were clean and quiet , pool was clean and kids loved it . Food and breakfast service we wonderful . Front desk staff are awful. We checked out one week ago , no damage to our room after a two night stay and have called about our security deposit . Told it was being returned and still nothing . Having to call back again . This is awful service . It should be returned as soon as the room was cleaned when we left . I understand a day delay but it has been a full week and stilll NOTHING. After being told it was coming.. would have given it 5 stars if not for the front desk staff

Very affordable hotel, clean and decently maintained pool and breakfast was great with an assortment of hot and cold items. For feeding 3 kids and 2 adults, it was more than sufficient. I know lots of reviews ranted about the dirty carpets. I didn’t find them any dirtier than other budget hotels. For the price, the cleanliness level was more than acceptable. Room had fan controls for the heat and it worked quickly to warm the room to our liking. Even the front desk had a jar of cookies out for kids all day long. The 12:00 check out is great too. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The reviews about the room being dirty and outdated are correct. Our floor was stained all over and had cigarette burns. The room smelled like smoke even though there was no smoking. The chair and bed were also stained and tired. Additionally don’t expect to find any drinking water or ice as the ice machine is out and there is no water bottle filler. The only pro was the free breakfast but you could find that elsewhere.
