I had a couple pieces of basically costume quality jewelry  that needed some custom work to better suit my needs. I was actually a little apprehensive bringing my cheap baubles into such a nice store. I was treated with respect and courtesy beyond my expectations. The work was done quickly and  at a reasonable price. It is impressive that I was able to feel like a valued customer, regardless of the value of my items or the cost of the work that was done.

I have purchased jewelry, had repairs and had a custom ring made from my parents diamonds.
In my business as an appraiser (but not jewelry), I had Lawrence do the work for me.
Every time I have dealt with them has been a pleasure, and the work has been stellar.  I don’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been looking for a specific Tissot T-Touch Expert Solar watch for a long time and I couldn’t find the model anywhere. I stopped into Forest and Mason was very knowledgable and ordered it in for me right away for me to purchase the wrist watch with my exact band and color I had been looking for. After seeing it and trying it on, I can confidently say I am happy with the product. And very pleased with his knowledgable service!
