King's Fine Jewellery

My first time in this store. They have variety of jewelleries and their prices are not too bad. I am a little surprise about some of the reviews here because I had a great customer service and experience although it was only one staff when I visited the store so had to wait a couple of minutes but it worth the wait..... Will visit again.......

Very pleased how courteously I was treated. Jim took time to help me with jewelry I had that needed fixing --advice and fixing the piece in the store. Felt I got an honest opinion -not just what would be beneficial to the store.Would return and would recommend to others.

Cannot say enough good things about this store. Brian truly cares about his customers and treats them like family. They're fair, honest and have gone the extra mile for us numerous times. I lost the stone out of my engagement ring, maybe two weeks after they inspected the claws; not only did they send it in for assessment, but they COVERED the entire cost for the replacement diamond without requiring we pay a cent/go through insurance. As luck would have it, I found the original diamond when doing housework and they again sent my ring in and had the original put back. I will never go to another jewellery store after dealing with Kings. They set the bar high, and deliver every time.
