Bought an Engagement ring here within my budget, from Kate. The service was phenomenal and the rings were far superior to what i had looked at previously. Kate pulled out rings for me to look at, I loved being able to hold and look at what I am purchasing versus other stores, that make the ring after the purchase. Along with proper documentation, warranty, and return guarantees, I purchased a diamond engagement ring with a confidence that other stores lacked. I am proud to say my future wife said yes! I look forward to future dealings with this location, highly recommend, even if you are on a budget.

The store manager at West Ed is incredibly prideful, with a distasteful attitude towards unsatisfied customers. He is not helpful at all, and leaves one feeling you’d be better off not going back! I bought a Tiffany bracelet as a souvenir when I traveled to Japan last year December. Unfortunately, the clasp broke less than a year later. I had gone in to West Ed to have it repaired. I had several previous bracelets repaired with no hassle, and a small fee thanks to a lovely associate I’ll call “S”. So this time should not have been different. I went in to have it repaired, only to have been quoted almost twice the price. When I spoke to the store manager about the price discrepancy he was reluctant to help from the get go. I expressed my confusion, and had mentioned “S” had helped me numerous times before without hesitation. What a mistake. I must’ve struck a cord because his face went bright red and said he refuses to honour what “S” had always helped me with. And that “store policy has always been... blah blah”, and “S” must’ve not adhered to it. What gives? The customer service I had at the Tiffany store in Tokyo AND from “S” was unparalleled. What a stark contrast to West Ed’s store. Will not return. I’ll get it fixed somewhere else. Even if the associate “S” did in fact cut some corners for me, I don’t mind paying full price somewhere else with a store manager who has patience and respect for loyal customers.

My engagement ring has been sent away for repairs 3 times within 3 years for a loose stone, a missing stone and then the poor replacement stone quality. I was actually accused by a manager of being rough on my ring (meaning I wear it everyday). To this day there is still an ugly replacement stone in the halo that does not match the rest of the ring. My husband chose Tiffany's for quality and customer service, which have both been very disappointing.

Visited this store to have a Tiffany ring polished. The woman assisting us not only showed me this great cloth type product for easy polishing, but she comped us the cloth instead of charging us. Wasn't expecting that what so ever. In the grand scheme of things, it was a $10 loss to the store vs. the hundreds we spent on the ring, but it was so simple and really made me appreciate the service. The associate also recognized that we were from out of town and gave us her personal business card to keep in touch should we have any questions or need assistance from out of province. I've since purchased from the store via phone and it was so quick, easy, simple, and they shipped right to my door. Plus the store itself just feels so luxurious when you walk inside. Love Tiffany's.

When my fiancé and I started shopping for engagement rings we were hesitant to go to Tiffanys as we were afraid we couldn't afford it. However, after the salesman Roché spent a good 45 minutes explaining diamond clarity colour etc to us (and letting her try on a 55k ring no problem) we went to other stores to shop around. No other store could match the quality of ring and service we got from Tiffanys, it was an easy choice to buy one from them and they are still phenomenal every time we walk in. Thank you Roché.
