We used to deal with Ben Moss at this location... but they closed... Wife went looking for a birthday present for me and had picked out a chain for me since my last one broke. They said it was coming in from another store and They would call us when it came in.... No call.. Nothing!!!! This trial run for this store ... I was seriously not impressed.. Ended up going to Prestige Jewellers and was highly satisfied... so much so that I have done business with them two more times already...with wedding rings and a ringer want to be built. Dallas is the manager to see at Prestige as he is so amazing. Sammy... also a top manager is so friendly and attentive too. Go to Prestige to not be disappointed. These guys know the business well and persevere in customer service and attention.

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring and both our wedding bands from Ann Louise. The staff is friendly and recognizes us when we come by. I love all of the pieces we’ve purchased here. My only negative experience was when we dropped off a ring to be resized, and returned after the time they said it would be ready to find that they had not yet completed the resizing. They finished it up while we killed time in the mall. Decent service. Great quality of work.

I bought a beautiful Rose Gold ring with a row of diamonds that runs diagonally across here. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase. My experience at the store was very welcoming and courteous. I believe my sales person's name was Raffat. She was the best!

Great Customer Service! My boyfriend and I were looking for a yellow diamond engagement ring. Not realizing how rare a yellow diamond was, we had a very hard time finding one at the WEM. The manager Rifaat at Ann Louise, told us how they could get a yellow diamond shipped in and make my dream ring! I am from PEI, so I had to do all of the communication from back home via text, email and phone calls. They were very easy to deal with, professional and friendly. I was very happy with the service. Plus, I have the most stunning yellow diamond ring now. Thank you Management staff at Ann Louise Jewellers!!

I wish I could give 0 Star. I went to buy my daughters at least 5 earrings sets. But the staff was very snoby. He didn't let me hold the earrings to show my daughters which one they wanted. He was Holding the earrings so tight and when I try touch to see he looked at me like I didn't have money to buy them all... Well guess they lost a very good customer, cause if they think because the way we dress we don't have money and treat people like that, they sure got wrong. This is the first jewelry store that we had this bad experience. 0 STAR.

I wasn't overly impressed with this place. First initial visit went well, we went in to pick out some wedding bands and the lady was very helpful. We picked out our rings and mine needed to be ordered from another store because they didn't have the right colour I wanted. They gave me a card with a number on it and told me they would call be my Friday. It was a Sunday before... Well Friday came and gone I let another five days pass or so and still nothing so I gave them a call and no one seemed to know what was going on with my rings. My name or reference number didn't pull anything up long story short they figured out my rings were there but misplaced in the store somewhere. Once they found them they gave me a call back and said they found mine but not my fiancé's. I told them we'll the ring he wanted was in the store so maybe we were supposed to find it when we came to pick up mine.... We finally get the rings and they need to be sized so they tell us they call us next Friday when they are finished. Basically I waited again for a call that never came. Tbh I went here for the prices not for the service. If you can afford to spend a bit more and looking for better service go elsewhere. I mean they werent utterly terrible but no one seems to know what's going on in this store

I have bought four necklaces and two pendants from this location. I absolutely loved them! The quality is excellent. What is more excellent is the customer service that i received from staff. Definitely buying from there again and sending people their way for jewelry.

Can I give zero stars?! Horrible experience. Went to see if my ring from the states could be looked at as I was advised by people's that a claw is loose. One woman claimed that with her naked eye she could see "a bunch" of work was needed. Another stated "if one claw needs work they all do". A series of rude and unnecessary questions were then asked such as "is this meant to be an engagement ring" and "did you find this" and "did someone buy this for you". Also appeared to have zero knowledge about anything as the ring is 4 years old it's specialty made was asked if it is vintage. When she stated she could tell it was "really old" I advised her it actually just needed cleaning and was ignored. I was asked what the clarity was and I wasn't sure and she was very condescending about it. Was finally advised that the goldsmith "couldn't work on platinum" within the store anyways. When I said I'd look elsewhere I was then told that "no one" works on platinum in the city. Even if that's true, I'll take my chances and go elsewhere!!

Positives: they have some unique designed rings that look pretty cool. Negatives: staff was snobby. They told me my ring would be resized on a certain date. I came to pick up to days later and it wasn't started. No courtesy call to let me know. This after bragging about how quick their turn around time is

Very nice sales associates who truly appreciate their customers. Decently priced items compare to other stores in the mall. Best part, they have an on site goldsmith who was able to repair my necklace on the spot!
