Spence Diamonds

I cannot recommend Spence enough. I brought my (future) fiancee in to look at engagement rings as she had no idea what style she would like. Jordan Broom-Hall greeted us promptly, gave us the basic layout of the store, and left us to explore on our own time. My fiancee was thrilled to be able to actually try on the various styles at her own pace and slowly began collecting some favourites. After it was clear we had browsed the majority of the very large collection, Jordan was able to pick-up on my girlfriend's preferences and began to offer suggestions, one of which she ended up with. He provided a variety of choices across the price range. I never once felt pressured to buy anything or to get a larger diamond. When it came to ordering the ring and choosing the diamond, Jordan's personality came through. He made the experience fun, informative, and exciting; my girlfriend was left feeling excited and never happier. Jordan left us looking forward to return for our wedding bands and future miscellaneous gifts.

We couldn't say enough positive things about our experience at Spence! When we walked into the store, we were greeted right away by friendly staff and a sales associate, Sandi, came right over and asked us about ourselves and what interests us as far as style. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. We were offered a complimentary beverage while we shopped around. Spence's "open showcase" allows you to try on any ring(s) you want while you look around. Sandi provided us with a lot of information about our options and even let us look at different diamonds under a microscope to help us understand what to look for in a diamond. Although my fiancee and I went into Spence to look around... we are happy to say that we walked out having purchased our rings, each custom made for us, and with the diamond I chose for my centre stone. Sandi poured us each a glass of champagne to celebrate, which only enhanced our whole experience! We felt like people and not just customers. Spence offers really great financing options to fit any budget. Unbeatable quality and service! We had a wonderful experience and definitely recommend this jewelry store.

Went into Spence a few months ago to buy an engagement ring. I had the pleasure of working with Jordan and am I ever glad I did. Very professional and highly knowledge. He made the whole process very easy and explained everything very thoroughly in ways someone like myself who didn't really know a thing about diamonds could understand. Highly recommended Spence Diamonds. She said yes by the way. I guess I'll be back for the band eventually. Thanks Jordan!

I never give reviews on anything but on this I had to. My husband and I were looking for an upgrade to my wedding set for our 10 years of marriage. Originally we were looking to upgrade the center stone on my original set (which they gladly would have done) or look for an entire new set (which we eventually ended up doing). Not once did we ever feel pressured into purchasing anything and they always made us feel welcome especially having our 2 rambunctious boys running around. Tara at Spence Diamonds was truly amazing and the customer service she provided throughout the whole process from beginning to the end was more than we expected. I believe she went over and above to make sure everything we requested was completed with nothing less than exceptional. We are very pleased with the finished results and highly recommend Tara and the Spence Diamond team to anyone looking for that perfect ring for any special occasion.

Had a fantastic experience With Jordan. He made the process smooth, easy and fun! He brought out a wide array of selections after I gave him a few vague details and worked with me to help decide what ring and diamond would be the best fit. Melissa was a big help as well in providing some additional info and help as well as graciously provided her hand as a model!
