We needed some urgent documentation from the First Service Residential. The SLA for the document delivery was 3 business days, luckily connected with Crystal Johnson who understood our situation as a customer & considering the urgency of the situation helped us with the solution in just couple of hours. This is the best example of customer sensitivity, where an executive just need to put themselves in the shoes of the customer understand the situation & provide the resolution. The speedy turnaround from her end & her team supporting her has helped us complete the requirement on such a short notice also have helped our client saving penalties. One must learn the way these guys are managing the customers. THANKS again to the entire team for the help.
If you’re ever looking for a condo to rent you need to check out the properties with Salma Banu. She is a fantastic lady who went above and beyond for me in an expedited manner. My experience with her was that of professional and friendly service. Mike was also phenomenal with getting the condo ready for myself and my son. Truly wonderful service and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality housing that’s clean, cared for and with management that has excellent communication. Thanks for delivering a superior level of service!
Very poor customer service from community managers. Have been living in the condo for 2.5 years and as soon as I go for my 2 week vacation, they tow my car at my own expenses paid $300. No email communication and I come back to find my car missing. When I call them, their direct answer is ‘No, that’s your problem’. Never living in a condo with this property management company ever again.
This company was a hassle to deal with from day one. Sent emails with both my husband & my name on them - then only responded using his name - totally disrespectful & this was when they bothered to respond in 1st place! Selling our condo? Good grief & good luck getting release documents on a timely fashion Company is a total cluster @
I was so fortunate to find Resident Manager Salma Banu who worked so diligently hard to secure my home at Stella Place Apartments in such a short amount of time! I am moving from Vancouver, BC to Edmonton, AB for school and I only had 3 days to find and secure a place before I made the big move across the neighboring provinces. Salma efficiently and effectively communicated all the required necessities that I needed in place to secure my new home given the time constraints. Salma and I worked together through continuous emails, phone calls, and texts to make it all happen! All of my questions and concerns were met with Salma and she made the paperwork process entirely flawless! I went from the application process, to signing the lease and receiving the keys all within 2 days! Thank you so much Salma, that was top notch professional and fantastic work!
Don’t ever rent with this company. The site manager for roadcrossing took my money for rent and deposit before I moved in to the suite and refused to give it back because I choose to wait for another upcoming suite because I wasn’t satisfied with the inspection results. I have filled hearing with tenant and landlord Despuite now. They have the worst manager called salma Abdu who is not professional , very rude and disrespectful. I tried calling and emailing the company to try to solve this but i didn’t get any responsed. Run away from this company FirstService Residential
Worst service I have ever used. I would give them 0-star if google allows. They broke my washroom for an "emergency", but without notifying me in advance or after. After that they didn't recover the washroom and just leave like that for already one month. The room looks like be broken in by someone. I am still negotiating with them to fix everything. But I don't see to much chance. Poor service with a high charge! DO NOT use them if you can!
Great service! I have a tight schedule to meet after my unit is Condition Sold. I requested the 'Information/Disclosure Statement' 2 days late and I had to forward the document to the buyer party in 6 business days. So I sent an email to the 'Admin Team' who process the documents and requested for assistance. On FirstService Residential's website. it states that this document requires 4 to 10 business days to prepare. This morning, I received a reply from Kendra Kempin - she assured me that she would complete this document for me today. I know that she understood the urgency of my situation and she went above and beyond. I am grateful to her! I want to give her the five stars for the excellent service! Kendra, you made my day! Thank you!!
Jessica Li is the community coordinator for our condo building and has been absolutely fantastic in providing us with fantastic customer service. We recently moved into our condo unit of this stunning complex and Jessica has made herself readily available to be of assistance to ensure that our orientation with the building has been seamless and is always available to quickly and cheerfully provide the information we require. We are very impressed with her level of professionalism and cheerful disposition. Jessica has been absolutely instrumental in our first impressions of the quality of service standards that FirstService provides to our beautiful new home.
Had the misfortune of booking a lounge for family gathering at one of the buildings in West Edmonton managed by First Residential. Paid $600 as deposit on top of rent. It has been one month and we are still waiting for return of our deposit. Several people were contacted for return of deposit. No one bothers to pick up the call or answer the messages left on voice mail. What a disgraceful way to conduct business. I pity the folks who deal with this company on a day to day basis. Will be heading to their office on Calgary Trail and give them a piece of my mind. Update: In response to reply from FirstService, my wife Sobia S has sent an e mail to the customer service. We will wait for 24 hours for a response before heading to the office.
