PM was helpful, patient and great at explaining items to me. Got back to my email and phone calls in a timely manner.
Would NOT recommend this property management company. It is NON-responsive, goes 'MIA' for weeks at a time and doesn't follow through with service delivery. One star is one star too many.
CondoPro overpromised and undelivered. Months went by before questions were answered about budget, owner inquiries were ignored, phone lines were periodically disconnected. Owner delinquencies were not following up on. 1 star review is generous.
