Do not deal with Val Kravitz. She is an un professional real estate agent. If you give her any deposit, you will not be getting it back. So be carefull.

Some of Century 21 realtor agents are extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend you as a client dealing with Century 21. Audrey Bannister is an agent in Wetaskewin that will only look out for her own commission. She will not work to help a client out. Please reconsider you choices.

Worked with Karen Farynowski for number of years. She is very unprofessional and doesn’t want to pay bills on a regular bases. Nor does not understand the conditions to perform work properly. Now has gotten worse. Highly don’t recommend working with her. She expects things do be done for her at her residence for free and to bill her clients. promises the world to you as a contractor and does not deliver the workflow as promised. Lead to believe as a poor example.

Karen Farynowski, Property Manger, is a genuine understanding, NOT RACIST, individual. I found her to be compassionate and she knows her stuff. She has assisted many tenants with many of their problems. Karen is always professional and is a great problem solver. She is always flexible and makes time for people. Karen is definitely not a money grabber and she has proper ethics and again is a great business women. Karen is a hard worker and takes pride in her work. When I have problems I know I can always consult with Karen for her expertise and she always makes time for me. To sum it up, Karen is a hard worker, compassionate human being, not racist, not rude, and is a great helper. Thank you Karen for assisting me when I have problems. Keep up the great work.

I have had Karen Farynowski as a property manager for close to three years now and I am alarmed by the reviews she been getting, she has always been able to solve any issue I have had in a timely manner and have never had any issues with the way she conducts herself. She is immensely professional and has been doing this for decades and knows her way around the business, and I would trust her to anyone I meet to manage their properties.

I had such an unpleasant experience with Karen Farynowski. I was shocked at how unprofessional she was. She clearly made a racist remark about Muslim people taking lots of jobs !?! How is this person even a real estate agent. She even referred me to her "assistant", which was her daughter, that hated working for Karen and was even less qualified that her mother. I STRONGLY encourage people to NOT deal with Karen or her "assistant". I will be filing a complaint.

Beware of dealing with the property Manager Karen Farynowski. She was hard to deal with and very unprofessional in interactions. Had an issue where she had work done that i found and when i asked for a recipt, I received a hard to read and confusing make shift recipt. I went into her office to talk to her once since she was not returning my texts or calls, and was yelled at and disrespected. She find loopholes in contracts to charge extra money. Do not use.... will never repeat with another property manager again...

Eddie is the best! He helped us find a home when we moved to Edmonton from out of town. He was very patient and never pressured us to make any decisions. He was also very understanding and answered our many, many questions! One of my favorite things is that he provides little information tidbits - about each home, the home-buying process - on an ongoing basis. You can tell by working with him that he has done this many times before: he had a well-defined process. Excellent for anyone, whether you are looking for an agent that is more hands-on or hands-off.

Zamir hussain is completely unprofessional realtor. Do not deal with him. He kept on lying about other offers on the house and when i finally made the offer which the seller verbally accepted, he made him cancel the deal after sending me all the documents to sign. He sent me the purchase agreement to sin it and set up the time to meet. And when i tried to reach him for the meeting at the given time, he didnt even picked up my calls. The first time i went to see the house, he never ever showed up and told us to see the house just with the seller which shows how unprofessional he is. BEWARE!!!

Terrible experience dealing with Karen Farynowski as a property manager. As you can tell from the other reviews here it is a trend that she is unprofessional, rude and out to steal your money any way she can. I am in the process of reporting her as an agent as I have a collection of unprofessional emails and conduct on her behalf. Do yourself a favour and do not get involved with her in any way.
