Templeton Glass Industries

I was recommended to use Templeton Glass from the commercial building owner of the business I own. The technician that worked at the store was great. He did the job quickly and well. The supervisor at the shop was a jerk. When the tech was ready to leave he stated he wanted a cheque right away. I have no problem with paying right away if I am given an invoice right away. He couldn't provide me with one. So he contacted his supervisor. His supervisor demanded payment right away and said he would send the invoice afterwards. He was short and ignorant. I have an established store. There is no way I could or would pack up my inventory and run away from paying a $300 bill, which this jerk must of thought I'd do. If he expected payment on the spot, he should have provided his employee with invoices to hand write right on the spot. I couldn't even refer to an invoice number for the cheque. This is not the way to do business. He needs to check is attitude and do things more professionally. I will not use Templeton Glass again and do not recommend them to anyone.
