Victorian Property Management

If I could give them no stars. They incompatent and condicending we have dealt with them for years and really wish the condo board would fire them.

2 words. DAVE JOHNSON. This guy is an absolute joke of a property manager. I live in Suder Greens atm and my noise bylaw complaints mean nothing to him. Time to go up the chain.

As a realtor I am used to management companies making excuses and pointing out that they have up to ten business days to provide condo docs. Victorian doesn’t charge a rush fee and makes it clear that they will have them ready for your quickly. Mine were ready within 24 hours and were priced below most other management companies.
