Extreme Pita

If I could give a 0 I would. Long story but waited outside in the cold because there was a sign on the door that said they were opening late due to school orders. Then they opened door And told a line of people who were waiting until the new opening time that they weren’t opening at all because they can’t leave 1 person in shop alone. And 2 people need to do delivery. No sense at all. 1 can deliver and 2 stay at shop. Owner should be broke for letting his employees do this. Lost 8 customers. Girl was so rude. I asked why she let us wait if they knew they weren’t opening and she said it’s not our fault. I said yes it is! Poor staffing, poor management. Non existent customer service. Location will be closing soon for sure. Then those terrible employees will be wrecking other businesses. So sad.

The staff was pretty rude, especially when I asked them to re wrap mine because it was all ripped. They also didn't have a few ingredients,. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting as well, spit on the walls, toilet paper all over the floor.. I'll definitely never be back to this location.

The staff members were among the rudest people I've ever met and when I called to speak to a manager, she handed the phone off to a different person. Beware of making innocent jokes because you'll be asked not to return. No wonder there's so many negative reviews. Brutal.

We met 2 of the happy new owners of the restaurant, they treat their staff well and that comes through to the delicious food. I went to bed dreaming of their pitas. Excellent service. Excellent food. Excellent owners.
