Pizza Hut

Always a great family place. Food is always awesome, staff is the best in town. Have been eating there for many years and they always took great care of the kids. Highly recommended

Absolutely miserable experience. Today, I called to order 22 wings to get half with Garlic Parmesan and the other half with Medium Buffalo sauces. First off, upon getting there, the service was extremely slow with the order-taker taking forever to process each orders into the system - whatever, it could happen at times. Once I get home, I realize I got my 22 wings in all Medium Buffalo sauce. Frustrated, I called to speak to a manager who wouldn't give me any other option than to get the other 11 in Garlic Parm or go to the "higher ups" for a petty little voucher. What?! You cannot EXPECT a customer to come back on their own time and resources, and secondly, since this was a mistake on YOUR behalf as a restaurant, it is rightful that you deliver it as I do not want to further waste my time and gas going back to the restaurant, but it's going to take AN HOUR? Are you delusional? Don't waste your time here. I genuinely think Domino's has better tasting, and cheaper (20 for $13.99 at Domino's vs. 22 for $21.99 at PH) wings there. They've made similar mistakes before, but I was met with a rightful refund on the spot. They've got way better customer service than these people who sound very entitled. You've lost a customer, I am NEVER going back to this store.

I asked if i could upgrade to a stuff crust immediately after paying for 42$ meal and bc i paid i was told no bc they would have to void it off. Even tho the order had not even made it to the kitchen. Another staff member spoke up and said arrogantly that she would do it for free. Problem solved but the way i was told was poor customer services

Quiet place for a sit down meal. The value meal deals don't exist as they used to though.
