Avoid the over priced tourist traps and steakhouses that dot downtown. Thai Plate is an incredible Thai restaurant with a big menu at reasonable prices.nnSuper friendly staff and the foot was great. We came across this restaurant while visiting Orillia. The service was really good. We ordered pineapple fried rice, basil beef and chicken green curry. Flavour of the dishes were good, however, the sliced beef was tough. Would definitely return to try other dishes.

Amazing Thai food restaurant in Orillia. Fast service. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options are available and are clearly stated on the menu. If you visiting during dinner, I would definitely call ahead to book a table as this place is popular. Would easily come back here again for another meal.

Excellent Thai cuisine! Authentic and tasty and portions are very generous. Crab Rangoon is exceptional. Mango sticky rice was very creamy and flavourful. Service was excellent. We enjoyed it so much that we drove out of our way to go back the next evening! Well worth the detour!
