Feedback on my recent Arbynator purchasennI wanted to share my feedback on the Arbynator I purchased today. Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations in terms of presentation and taste. I've attached some photos for reference. I believe there might be room for improvement in these areas. Nonetheless, I still enjoy your other menu items and will definitely be returning for more. Just thought I'd provide some constructive feedback from a customer's perspective. Thank you for taking the time to listen.
A BIG thank you to the team that was working at Arby’s today March 06/2026 at lunchtime. The restaurant had clean washrooms, tables all wiped clean, food was enjoyable, served promptly and the employees were all super pleasant. You made the lunchtime experience a good one. Thanks again :-
First time trying Arby’s and I was pleasantly surprised. I asked the staff what the best sellers were and they recommended combos #1, #2, and #5. I went with #2 roast beef and wow—definitely not what I expected, in the best way.nThe two young staff members working were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful, which made the experience even better. The restaurant was clean.nOverall, great food, great service, and a great experience. Highly recommend the Arby’s in Orillia.

One of the fastest drive thrus in townnService was great, bright and well light, clean and easy to navigate. Lots of parking and the area is nice. Staff were helpful and friendly, would recommend this place to others. My group had a wonderful time!
