Great experience at McDonald’s today! The service was very fast and the staff was polite and friendly. Food was fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. The restaurant was clean and well organized. Really satisfied with the quality and customer service. Will definitely visit again!

Hello,nThis is now the third time I have had a serious issue at your location. Every time I stop there and make a purchase, something goes wrong.nToday, I found a rubber-like / gelatinous object inside my coffee. It went into my mouth and made me feel sick. I nearly vomited. This is unacceptable and extremely concerning from a food safety standpoint.nI expect better quality control and hygiene standards. At this point, this is not an isolated incident — this is a pattern.nI am requesting a full refund and a clear explanation of what this object was and what actions will be taken to prevent this from happening again.nIf I do not receive a proper response, I will escalate this complaint to Public Health.nI have a photo available as evidence.nThank you.

wouldn't walk 2 seconds to the dining room to get me rootbeer because there isn't any in the drivethru and proceeds to make me park and come in to buy cups and get rootbeer that I wanted. THEN when I entered the restaurant to get my drink there was a member of staff IN FRONT of the machine already who could have taken 30 second of their time to get me rootbeer. also when kind of mcdonald's does not have rootbeer. awful. I am disappointed. I AM A FORMER MCDONALDS EMPLOYEE THIS IS NOT OKAY

This was an awful experience. We did the order online for drive thru, for 2 icecream cones. I believe we stopped counting the time after it hit 38 mins. We never even got our order taken we just drove up and there were 2 poor people working by themselves trying to keep up with a giant lineup. How horrible for them. The young man apologized several times but it certainly was not his fault. Dispite the fact that he probally had been yelled at a fair amount already, he still had a smile and was extreamly pleasant. Good job to him and his 1 other coworker, but shame on the owners for allowing this to be like this for them. Maybe the owners should try working a night shift with just two of them and see how it feels to have your face chewed off over and over by customers for waiting such a ridiculous length of time, while your running around at 150% speed. Those two deserve a raise for having to deal with that night.

This rating is solely because of how amazing William wasn10/10- do not lose this employee- employees like them are far and few between.nHad it not been for William being exceptional, this review would be 1 star at best based solely on quality of food.nnWilliam, thank you for actually listening and being genuine! Keep on being you! You'd be an asset to any team and McDonald's is lucky to have employees like you! You're great!
