Worst place ever. Managers don't have a clue...staff are unable to think.....just the way corporations want it!!. Food is basic and just as expensive as their down the street. You might just as well spent 5 bucks more in total and get a tree at home made meal

DONT EAT HERE. I have no idea how this place still gets business...it's just awful. Only come here if you like eating cold food and menu items someone else ordered. Don't even get me started on the wait times. Out of the last 10 or visits I have received the wrong order at least 6 of those times, and cold food at least 7.Never again. On the same street is A&W, Harvey's, and Wendys, all of which are leagues ahead of this locations. I understand it's just kids who work here, so it is hard to get angry, but come on. This place needs better management.

Very "meh". With better options in Orillia, I'd suggest going elsewhere.

Food is fine...service is sometimes unreliable. Clean restaurant. Prices have gone way up. The only thing I like is the Angus burger and without a coupon it's outrageous.

I ordered a black coffee, and also got free tire service by the staff when I got a flat tire. Very friendly and helpful employees at this location!
