The restaurant was nice and service was good but the food was less the good , my friend returned his sandwich as it was incomplete and not pleasant to look at . it's a shame as the staff was wonderful and very attentive . Not recommended .

Ordered a BLT for breakfast, was charged an extra 0.70$ die to item not being on breakfast menu but item was on the "all day available" list??? Then I took.off the slice of bread to put my mayo on only to find out there was only 1/2 slice of bacon. Asked waitress if this is supposed to be that way she asked manager and said it 2 slices of bacon per sandwich...showed her that in total my sandwich only had 1 slice. They said they would take plate back and not charge...at this point could not order anything else. All I wanted was for them to offer me at least the amount of bacon they claim they put in the sandwich...I had 1/2 of that??? Good customer service would have been for them to come back with a plate with a couple slices of bacon. Very poor customer service.

Huge portions, great prices. Couldn't eat the whole turkey club w/fries. Fries are very good & gravy was excellent.

One of the best breakfast locations in the city of Orillia. Friendly staff and good food.
