I went there recently and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and there was no wait time.

When I'm looking for a quick bite to eat, for some reason I regularly forget that this place exists. And I really wish I could break that habit because every time I remember, and I come here for a burger, or chicken fingers, I'm always so pleasantly surprised by the quality. This place definitely deserves more fast food attention than it probably gets, it isn't just a place for ice cream, the burgers, the chicken, and the fries are always top-notch here. Don't make the same mistake I usually do, if you're looking for a quick bite, this is probably one of the best places in town to get it

The women’s washroom was closed, leaving only the men’s available, which is unacceptable for families.nnThe entire restaurant smelled strongly of sewage, making it hard to enjoy anything.nTables inside and benches outside were filthy, and there was junk scattered around the exterior.nnParking was a mess, and despite all this, there was a line out the door.nnWe waited 10 minutes inside, surrounded by the unpleasant smell and unclean environment.nnIt was a very bad experience overall. I’ll be getting ice cream elsewhere from now on. Cleanliness and basic facilities matter—and this location missed the mark.

Same service and food you get at other DQ stores. This location is outdated. Had a glasses in sitting area, wear the windows leak. Not overly clean.

Absolutely amazed by this location! I placed a custom.order cake 2 weeks ago at another location. When I called a week and half before it was due to be picked up the other location told me they were going to call me two days before the pick up that they were unable to do my order. This wasnt a easy cake for me to just find in tw days. I called orillia location and Hailey and the team at dq helped me right away over the phone. I picked up my order today and its perfect! They also helped me be able to keep the cake cold as I had a 45 mins drive back to my home!! Amazing thank you so much!
