Dairy Queen

I had to write a good review because I was so pleasantly surprised at how good the customer service was tonight. Good customer service is hard to find, especially in such a young kid. You’ve got an amazing employee there, I wish we could find as good of an employee for our business.

Love this DQ location! Despite how busy and crowded it easily gets, I've always received my hot food and/or cold treats in a timely fashion. Staff are friendly, courteous (some will bring your order out to you if they tell you to find a seat while you're waiting), and efficient. Not much else you can ask for of a fast-food/dessert joint. Strongly recommend.

This location used to be a really good place to go to eat and have ice cream, I’ve been going there since I was a kid. Today was my first experience going there since the new owners have taken over and it will be my last. First of all the service was very slow and no one seemed to know what they where doing at all. We waited about 20-30 minutes for our food which was only 3 burgers and a chicken wrap. The food tasted horrible and like it was microwaved, plus it was very cold. We didn’t get anything we ordered right from the toppings on the burgers to the chicken on the wrap (was supposed to be crispy chicken). They asked if we had our receipt when we asked for our sundaes which was included in our meal and we never even got a receipt. Then when our food was finally ready they tried to give it to someone else. Also the new set up in there is very crowded. I understand it’s a new place and new people but my experience was quite unbearable. I really hope they get their stuff together because I used to really love eating at Dairy Queen.

It was my pleasure to Dq after a long long time, it's totally changed and look more spacious than before "HIGHLY RECOMMENDED"

Terrible service. Very slow. It seems since they changed owners they've also changed anlot of the staff. This new staff just take order after order without completing any while all the customers just stand around for a long time waiting for their orders to be given to them. Use to be my favourite Dairy Queen, now it is my least favourite. I will not be back.
