Ironside Fitness Inc. West Springs

Ironside Fitness is the best SW Calgary Fitness workout system I have tried. I have been a regular morning client with them for 2 years now (impressive as the longest I have ever stuck to a routine was 6 months!). Their 45 min circuit/interval training is perfect length to give me a "feel great all day" workout and short enough to squeeze it in before work. But that's not all, Ironside Fitness coaches care tremendously about each members well being. The small fitness group training allow for one on one attention to posture, a little encouragement to get stronger and all around support for good health through exercise and nutrition. Exercise has become a regular part of my life now thanks to Ironside Fitness innovative offering.

Excellent in every way! Group circuit training that is enjoyable and shows results! I will never go to a typical gym again. All the coaches/trainers are great and really love what they do.

Five months ago, just before my 67th birthday, I decided to improve my fitness. I had never been to a club before but was encouraged by the comments made by people who had joined Ironside Fitness. Attending this Calgary NW Bootcamp where I work out with others encourages me to work harder. Personal trainers in a group environment ensure proper form for a variety of exercises. Most encouraging are the comments of friends who have noticed my weight loss and improved endurance.
